The youngest red wine from our family tradition
This wine is made with organic grapes of Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Colorino, Malvasia nera e Moscato d’Amburgo.
The harvest is manual and the fermentation process is spontaneous thanks to the natural yeasts from our vineyards. .
The period of the maceration is different according to the seasons. The malolactic process is spontaneous in stainless steel tanks.
Aging is in barrels for a period of 12 months.

Our wine cointains low quantities of sulfites.
