The youngest red wine from our family tradition

This wine is made with organic grapes of Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Colorino, Malvasia nera e Moscato d’Amburgo. 

SPONTANEOUS FERMENTATION

The harvest is manual and the fermentation process is spontaneous thanks to the natural yeasts from our vineyards. 

NATURAL MACERATION

The period of the maceration is different according to the seasons. The malolactic process is spontaneous in stainless steel tanks.

Aging is in barrels for a period of 12 months.
Aging is in barrels for a period of 12 months. After the aging in steel tanks, the wine is bottled without filtration after one year from harvest.

 

ONLY THE GOOD WINE

Our wine cointains low quantities of sulfites.

 

It retains a deep ruby colour.
