Our wine has, year after year, a marked acidity, which keeps it fresh and harmonizes well with the roundness of the wood, where it ages before being clarified, bottled and placed on the market
A wine from our family tradition
Ruby red, clear, with purple reflections typical in a young wine. The first taste has red and black fruits hints, such as sour cherry, plum, blueberry and blackberry combined with violet.
The persistance of the taste is good, with hints of red fruits, as sour cherry, plum and blueberry.
The wine has some spicy, refreshing hintseven though 2017 wine of the year wasn’t aged in wooden barrels.
A white wine from our family tradition
Donna Paola is made with biological grapes of Trebbiano, Malvasia and other white grapes.
The harvest is manual and the maceration takes place on tanks for 24 hours.
Donna Paola has intense straw yellow shades. The scent is intense, with notes of white flowers. In the mouth is full, fruity and with a pleasant finish.
The youngest red wine from our family tradition
This wine is made with organic grapes of Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Colorino, Malvasia nera e Moscato d’amburgo.
Our wine cointains low quantities of sulfites. It retains adeep ruby colour.
The bouquest is intense and fragrant with fruity notes of plum and cherry, perfectly integrated with floral notes of violet and rose. All’assaggio si presenta succoso rotondo e fresco con una buona struttura con una buona persistenza
